We first met Teresa at the Burlington Home Show and were impressed by her presentation at that time. This was reinforced when we visited the Misani showroom to discuss the project, when we were given a guided tour of the production facilities. Clearly, a great deal of thought was put into finding the right design for us which maximized our storage capacity. Everyone who has visited since the completion has been very complimentary about the design and the overall appearance.
The renovation started as promised, an unusual event in this day and age and was completed with as little delay as possible. We were pleased with the flexibility shown by Misani when minor complications resulting from the design were discovered, none of which could have been foreseen.
The contractor you used, Rick Tanner, was very professional and his choice of subcontractors was excellent. The workmanship of those contractors and the cabinet installer could not be faulted.
We believe that the price was very competitive for the quality of the cabinetry and workmanship. We would recommend to anyone that they discuss their kitchen renovation project with Misani before committing to an alternative supplier.
