A banquette makes kitchen spaces more practical with the extra storage they provide. We used cup handles on the drawers and decorative ventilation grills within the furniture base. The legs have furniture-style cut-outs.
The glass french doors offer a window into the large walk-in-closet. The interesting configuration was a result of the design challenge of working with and around heating and air-conditioning units within the walls. The decorative grill below the cabinets accommodates air circulation and the light fixture offers a spot of glamour.
