This lovely subdivision home is nestled in a nice local neighbourhood where homes are about 15 to 20 years old. The stained Golden Oak builder kitchen no longer fits with the home improvements that were taken on in recent years although a lovely feature in this home is its 9 foot ceiling height . Too bad the old cabinets didn’t go to the ceiling!
