New cabinets, counters, floors and appliances. With a new design comes a learning curve with how best to use the space. Experimentation is key — unfortunately, our clients won’t reap the benefit of a banana bread gift just yet.
Not having a double oven before what I learned is — the bottom drawer which can heat up to 400 degrees is great but not for baking necessarily. The dual function allows you to cook different items at different temperatures. Because the food sits on the bottom of the oven drawer , guess I could have used a rack to allow for air flow?
Not all was lost — not fit to give as a gift, so….will have to get creative and figure out a recipe utilizing banana bread chunks, possibly in a trifle?
Any ideas out there?
